Dr Alfredo Hoyos

MD

Alfredo Hoyos is an internationally recognized plastic surgeon, innovator, educator, and pioneer in advanced body contouring techniques. Known worldwide for creating the revolutionary High Definition Liposculpture (HD Lipo) concept, Dr. Hoyos has transformed the field of aesthetic surgery by combining surgical precision, anatomy, technology, and artistic vision to redefine the human body with natural and athletic-looking results.

With decades of experience and a global reputation for innovation, he is the founder of the Total Definer philosophy and training system, an advanced educational platform dedicated to the evolution of modern body contouring and aesthetic surgery. Through his trainings, congresses, and live surgical demonstrations, Dr. Hoyos has educated thousands of plastic surgeons from around the world.

Beyond surgery, Dr. Hoyos is known for his futuristic vision of the aesthetic industry, constantly exploring the intersection between plastic surgery, artificial intelligence, longevity, wellness, and next-generation medical technologies. He is a frequent international speaker, faculty member, and educator at major global congresses and scientific meetings, where he shares cutting-edge approaches that continue shaping the future of body contouring worldwide.

Mr George Christopoulos

MD, MSc, PhD, MSc

Dr George Christopoulos is an experienced aesthetic doctor and plastic surgeon, with a particular focus on aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, as well as body contouring. He has fulfilled clinical fellowships in the plastic surgery departments of some of the UK’s most respected hospitals and holds practice privileges at a number of London’s leading clinics. Additionally, he holds the position of ‘Assistant Professor of Aesthetic Medicine’ at the College of Medicine & Dentistry of the Ulster University. Dr Christopoulos has published and presented extensively on aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.

He undertook his medical education at the Medical School of Athens and his core surgical training at National General Hospital of Athens. Following this, he fulfilled his first Master’s Degree in ‘Health Care Management’ at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and undertook a Clinical Fellowship at the University Hospital of Skin & Venereal Diseases in Athens. During that time, he obtained with Distinction his PhD title from the Medical School of Athens on the surgical treatment of skin cancer.

In 2015, Dr Christopoulos relocated to the UK and took on the role of SHO Doctor in Burns and Plastics at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, followed by a Clinical Fellowship in Burns and Plastics at Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester. He completed his second M.Sc. in ‘Reconstructive Microsurgery’ at Queen Mary University of London in 2018, achieving again a Distinction for the highest grade of his year. Following this he has held roles as Plastic Surgery Registrar and Plastic Surgery Senior Clinical Fellow at the renowned Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, and as Trauma and Reconstructive Fellow at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals

Dr Evgeni Sharkov

MD, PhD

Graduating with a diploma of excellence from The Medical University in Sofia, Dr. Evgeni Sharkov is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery who further honed his expertise during a seven-month specialization in Great Britain. Currently serving as the co-owner and plastic surgeon at the Private Aesthetic Clinic VDERM in Sofia, Bulgaria, he previously held the prestigious position of Head of the Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Department at “Alexandrovska” University Hospital from 2019 to 2021.

Dr. Sharkov is a highly regarded educator and certified trainer across Europe and the Middle East for InMode Radiofrequency face and body lift procedures (including FaceTite, AccuTite, BodyTite, Morpheus 8, Morpheus 8 Body, and EVOLVE X), as well as a certified trainer for LipoCube procedures and the SmartGraft FUE hair restoration technique. An active leader in the global medical community, he is a member of BULAPRAS, the Assistant National Secretary for ISAPS, and the official BULAPRAS representative at EASAPS, having also served as the official representative of Bulgaria’s postgraduate plastic surgery doctors to ICOPLAST from 2016 to 2019.

His academic contributions are extensive, highlighted by an ongoing PhD in Body Contouring, authoring the “Body Contouring” textbook with Springer, publishing numerous academic articles on procedures like brachioplasty and abdominoplasty, and delivering an ICOPLAST Europe award-winning presentation on body contouring in 2018.

Mr Hazim Sadideen

BSc (Hons), MBBS (Hons), MEd, DIC, PhD, FRCS

Mr Hazim Sadideen is a board-certified Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon based in London, with specialist expertise in breast, facial, and body contouring surgery. He is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London (Department of Surgery and Cancer) and holds both a Master’s degree (MEd) and doctorate (PhD) in Surgical Education.

He graduated from King’s College London with multiple distinctions and completed his plastic surgery sub-internship at Harvard Medical School. He completed his plastic surgery training at Oxford and Birmingham, home to the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine. He subsequently completed advanced fellowships in aesthetic, reconstructive, microsurgical, and skin oncology surgery in London.

Mr Sadideen (DrHazLondon) has been featured in Tatler’s Beauty & Cosmetic Surgery Guide for 6 consecutive years in recognition of his innovation in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He is a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for InMode UK, where he delivers specialist training to surgeons on the safe and effective use of QuantumRF technology for facial and body contouring. He has also developed the StemLift™ and CelluTite™ treatment protocols, integrating regenerative and energy-based technologies into contemporary aesthetic surgical practice.

Mr Fulvio Urso-Baiarda

BM BCh, MA Hons, FRCS, MD

Fulvio Urso-Baiarda has won multiple awards and is an expert practitioner in both surgical and non-surgical interventions.

He completed his doctorate at Oxford University and has over 20 years experience working in private hospitals around the world, gaining further qualifications, additional training and being published extensively in medical, scientific and plastic surgery journals. He is an official member of the prestigious British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).

Fulvio’s calm, honest, forward-thinking approach to plastic surgery and non-surgical treatments has gained him wide recognition and in 2017 he was awarded the title of Cosmetic Surgeon of the Year 2017 by the Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards and has been described as “One of the most outstanding plastic surgeons of his generation” by Rajiv Grover, Past President of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
